Programs

Sarah offers one-on-one and group training with a focus on strength work. She uses barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells to work on compound movements that utilize more than one muscle group at a time. She uses both conventional strength training and circuit work to aid her clients in getting stronger and enhancing functional movement patterns that make activities of every day living easier.
