Hi, I’m Sarah Dukler, M.S., CSCS
I’m a strength coach, competitive athlete, and unapologetic physiology nerd with a master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I help people train with intention—through strength programs that are clear, effective, and built to last.
