About Me

Hi! I am Sarah, a dynamic and passionate personal trainer dedicated to empowering others on their fitness journey. With a solid foundation in powerlifting, mountain biking, and cross country skiing; as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my training sessions.

From a young age, I found my love for physical fitness through various sports and outdoor activities. My background in powerlifting has instilled a deep appreciation for strength training and functional movement, which I integrate into my training programs to help clients build strength and resilience.

As an avid mountain biker and skier, I understand the importance of strength, agility, and balance. I incorporate these elements into my programming, providing you with diverse and engaging routines that challenge both the body and mind.

Beyond my love for physical activity, I am also passionate about nutrition and understand the crucial role it plays in overall health and fitness. I will work you to make smart nutrition choices that support your fitness goals and promote long-term wellness.

Moreover, I recognize the significance of psychological skills training in achieving success in fitness endeavors. Drawing from my own challenges in my mindset holding me back, I incorporate mindfulness techniques, goal setting, and positive reinforcement to help you overcome mental barriers and unlock your full potential.
