HOW IT WORKS

Once you enroll in this virtual monthly workout plan, we schedule an intake call to get an idea of your workout background, and assess your athletic goals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), many of my clients are competitive athletes who want to improve their sports performance by making strength-training an integral part of their program. 

 

WHAT YOU GET

After intake, I design a month-long workout plan for you to do self-paced in two to five weekly workouts.  

We can chat in the app throughout the month, and you can upload form videos and receive feedback. 

Workouts can be done at home or at a gym. 

The workouts I design for you are customized to your needs, and based on the equipment you have available. I will recommend equipment based on your goals if needed. 

I am available to you for in-app asynchronous communication: text and video.
